General * Owner provides information on RV operation at time of pickup and will provide manuals for operation of systems, features and appliances. The renter is responsible to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper operation of any of the systems, features or appliances may result in damage and renter will be liable for repair cost. * Late pickup/return fee will apply if more than 1 hour late for mutually agreed time. * Dump fee will be applied if any tank is not empty at the time of return. * The campsite setup/breakdown addon can only be used in conjunction with the delivery option. * Dump fees are waived when using the delivery option AND selecting the campsite setup/breakdown addon. * Be aware of height restrictions of tunnels, etc. during RV transport. * No climbing on the roof! Exception: clear debris from the slide-out. * Only use the gas mixture provided for the Predator inverter generator addon. * Ensure RV doors are locked when leaving the RV unattended and during transport. Awnings / Slide-outs * Ensure plenty of space for awning and/or slide-out extension. * Retract awning during heavy rain, at night high wind, and when not present at the campsite. * Do not make any adjustments to the awning arms/supports. * When provided, renter must put in place slide-out support jacks. Smoking / Drug Use * Absolutely no smoking or drug use inside the RV. Evidence of violation will result in holding your full deposit until the RV is professional cleaned. Professional cleaning cost will be deducted from the deposit before releasing it. * Avoid smoking and open flames near the propane tanks or external propane connections. Pets * Pets allowed only if indicated in the RV listing and pre-approved by the owner. * When allowed, renter must declare pets at or before time of booking. * Allowed pets are dogs and/or cats ONLY; maximum = 2; BYO pens and/or litter box. * Pets must be kept in a pen/crate while sleeping or when unsupervised inside the RV. *
