**Arrival and Departure Details**: Please allocate approximately one hour for a pre-departure walkthrough of ROCI’s features. This orientation is to be arranged ahead of time and can occur anytime from 8 AM to 8 PM. Upon your return, we'll need about an hour to jointly inspect the camper van and complete the necessary paperwork. While we encourage you to revel in the Alaskan wilderness, please note that ROCI has its boundaries. The vehicle must remain within Alaska and cannot venture into Canda. The Dalton Highway north of Fairbanks, the Denali Highway, and the route to Kennecott are strictly prohibited. As the renter, you bear financial responsibility for any harm that befalls the vehicle. Given the absence of towing services on the aforementioned roads and other secluded trails, any damage from improper use could lead to substantial repair costs. ROCI is not designed for off-road terrain and should only traverse well-maintained roads. Although Alaska's hunting and fishing are unparalleled, we ask that you refrain from cleaning any catch or game inside the RV. Cooking fish is permitted, but all cleaning should be done outdoors to prevent lingering scents. Our goal is for you to experience Alaska in all its glory, yet we also consider the enjoyment of future renters. To ensure a consistent experience for all, we kindly request adherence to the following: - No Smoking or any form of smoke - No Pets - No Air Fresheners - No Off-Roading - No Indoor Cleaning of fish or game Should the camper van not be returned in the condition it was received, a cleaning fee of $350 will be deducted from your deposit.
