This beautifully renovated travel trailer is sure to be just what you need for a great experience!Queen bed in the front room with a TV, Five twin beds in the back bunk room with a TV, and a very comfortable couch in the living area with its own TV too!Butcher block counters beautifully finish out the kitchen with plenty of space for cooking, and a large fridge/freezer to store anything you’ll need.Or take the cooking outside to the exterior kitchen’s Blackstone grill + outdoor TV!With a door from the bathroom to the outside, it’s easy to come in to use the restroom or get cleaned up without tracking a mess through the whole trailer!Two AC units will keep you cool as a cucumber in the summer. The Extreme Weather Package paired with the furnace and/or electric fireplace will keep you toasty in the winter!Qué incluye5 cup coffee maker; plates, bowls, utensils; pots + pans; cooking utensils; 1 roll of toilet paper per day; 1 roll of paper towels per week; small first aid kit;Otros detalles importantes*Small dogs under 25lbs are allowed with prior approval + an additional refundable deposit of $500, + $20 per dog, per day. Any evidence of animals on board without prior approval will result in a $1,000 fee incurred.* All beds need to be properly covered with a fitted sheet. If you do not have the sheets to fit, we can add on linens for $30 (includes sheets + blankets for all beds, eight pillows with pillowcases, eight bath towels, eight wash cloths, a few hand towels, and a few dish towels.)*We require tanks to be returned empty. If they are not, a $250 fee will be incurred.*We do not allow towing; delivery only.*Delivery charge is variable, depending on current market rates; maximum of 100 miles. On drop off days we typically drop off by 5pm, and pick up by 11am on pick up days - location, weather + other factors may alter these times.*No dry camping or boondocking. Must have at least 30amp electric access, water + sewer hookups on site. Renter responsible for verifying these hookups, or else rental will not be fulfilled, and/or cancelled, potentially with no refund. Air conditioning + refrigerator will likely not run well or optimally on 30amp service in summer.*Toxic Products not allowed. We provide cleaning products (all purpose cleaner, hand wash, dish soap, air freshener) and no other products are to be used, or sprayed on board, including perfume, cologne, air fresheners, hair sprays, antibacterial wipes, sunscreen, big sprays, etc. A fee of $500 will be incurred, and security deposit not refunded, if it is suspected that these harmful products have been used.*Propane tanks go out full, and are required to come back full. If not returned full, renter incurs cost to fill, plus a $59 fee per tank.*No smoking OR vaping; will result in a hefty fee.* Awning is not to be used. Oklahoma wind will destroy it.
