The island kitchen sink has a skylight overhead, and the refrigerator can hold its temp for two days without electric. Kitchen comes stocked with all the basic kitchen essentials youd need to cook, and enjoy our trailer in comfort.Enjoy the privacy of an actual bunk room, not bunks in the living room like many other trailers! It has hookups for a small TV, lots of shelves + cabinets for storage, two twin bunks, and a Nugget Couch! The Nugget Couch is so fun for kiddos to play on, and also serves as a cozy sleeping space for two people. You can add on up to two additional Nugget Couches to max out a sleeping capacity at Fourteen!The bathroom is quite roomy with a large shower; not one of those tiny corner showers! With the skylight overhead, we guarantee youll enjoy it!The bedroom has TV hookups + the queen bed is the perfect space to settle in + rest after a great day! There is plenty of closet space to hang clothes, and cabinets to store things.Outside, youll find two hook-ups for TVs, a large cargo area to hold your extras, and an outdoor kitchen! The outdoor kitchen has its own fridge, two burner cooktop, sink with hot + cold water, and good counter space! Renter responsible for verifying these hookups, or else rental will not be fulfilled, and/or cancelled, potentially with no refund. We provide cleaning products (all purpose cleaner, hand wash, dish soap, air freshener) and no other products are to be used, or sprayed on board, including perfume, cologne, air fresheners, hair sprays, antibacterial wipes, sunscreen, big sprays, etc. A fee of $500 will be incurred, and security deposit not refunded, if it is suspected that these harmful products have been used.*Propane tanks go out full, and are required to come back full. If not returned full, renter incurs cost to fill, plus a $39 fee per tank.*No smoking OR vaping; will result in a hefty fee.* Awning is not to be used. Oklahoma wind will destroy it.* Sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blankets for all beds, eight bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are $40 per rental.
