Cool off with the 13,500btu A/C. Throughout is solid wood fixtures, a refrigerator/freezer, oven with hood vent, microwave, double kitchen sink, and plenty of cabinet storage space. Or stay warm inside with the 30,000 btu furnace that runs off of 2 30lb propane tanks (fee for refill of tanks) There is a closed off 2nd bedroom with 3 beds and 1 full Air matress plenty of storage, plenty of room, HD TV. The master bedroom has an xtra comfortable queen mattress with thick foam topper, Hdtv, and solid sliding doors for extra privacy. Eat, Watch a movie, or play card games with family on the Large U-Shaped slide out dinette. When it is time to sleep the dinette turns into a full size bed. On the same slide is a very nice couch that also folds out into a comfortable twin bed. For the entertainment there is a Stereo DVD/Aux/Radio/Bluetooth with indoor and outdoor speakers. 32in HD TV.
It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cups for 12 silverware and utensils, “Cougar” is also stocked with several different Card & Board Games. Really the only items not provided is sheets, pillows for the beds, and bath towels.
