Hassle-Free Family CampingSUV Towable Jayco Swift with Bunks, Sleeps 5Hi, I’m Lindsay. This is our little family trailer, and we’re proud of it. It has been part of our boys’ childhood from bedtime stories in the top bunk to giggly early morning pancakes to those dusty, exhausted, happy kids you only get after a day outside. When we can’t be out with it, we love sharing it with people who want an easy, comfortable way to get away without feeling overwhelmed by the work that sometimes comes with camping.Think of borrowing this trailer from a friend who wants your trip to go well. We hope you treat it kindly because we care about it, but we also hope you relax and enjoy yourselves. You can be a five star guest whether you return it with full propane or empty propane, dumped tanks or full tanks. If you want the full RV routine, go for it. If you would rather focus on your trip and hand the end-of-adventure chores to us, that is perfectly fine. This is camping, not a test.We camp often. When this trailer is out with your family, ours is usually on our own adventure somewhere else in Alberta with our big Coleman tent and air mattresses. When the trailer is home, we use it ourselves. Because of that, we try to make your start and end as smooth and flexible as possible. We coordinate based on your plans and ours so you begin your trip without stress and return without rushing. We set things up the way we wish someone had done for us when we were new to camping. We are campers helping campers. We Make It Easy From the StartBefore you drive away, we take the time to walk you through everything. Water, electrical, propane, fridge and freezer, furnace, air conditioning, stabilizers, and the hitch setup. You leave knowing exactly how things work. This trailer has been towed all over Alberta and British Columbia by a wide range of renter vehicles over the past year including SUVs, crossovers, minivans, and half ton trucks. It is light, well balanced, and stable on the highway. We include sway bars and a weight distribution hitch for peace of mind.Comfortable in Real Alberta WeatherWe camp from early May until snow finally convinces us to stop. This trailer has handled everything Alberta can offer.Hot days:
The air conditioning cools the trailer quickly and stays cool even when the outside temperature climbs.
Cold nights:
The propane furnace heats the trailer well. We also include a quiet electric space heater for night time use when you want warmth without running the furnace.
Upgrades for the 2026 SeasonBattery replaced in 2026 with upgraded battery cables.
New dual mode water heater installed that runs on electricity or propane with automatic ignition from a simple indoor switch. No more outdoor pilot light.
New awning installed in 2026 for smooth, reliable use.
These upgrades genuinely make camping simpler and more comfortable.Sleeping and LayoutSleeps five comfortably.
Front queen bed.
Two solid bunk beds rated for 300 pounds each.
Sofa that converts into a bed for a fifth guest.
Full bathroom with toilet, sink, and a tub shower combination.
This layout is ideal for families. The bunks give kids their own space and the queen bed gives adults a real rest.Fully Stocked KitchenWe stock the kitchen the way we use it ourselves. You do not need to pack storage bins or reorganize your home.Fridge with freezer
Microwave
Propane stove
Sink with dish soap, sponge, and drying rack
Knives, cutting boards, kettles
Pots, pans, measuring cups
Cooking utensils, serving tools
Cooking oil, salt, pepper
Enamel plates, bowls, mugs
Full cutlery set
Kid friendly dishes
Microwavable containers
We also keep board games, puzzles, and kids’ art supplies on board. When rain arrives in a provincial park, small things like these make a big difference.Chairs and Outdoor ItemsWe include two adult chairs and two child sized chairs, which is our own family setup. If you need more, just let us know and we will add them. The trailer runs on 30 amp service and we include an adapter for 15 amp use when required.Propane and Tank Dumping: Simple, Predictable, No PressureSometimes it is the small details that wear renters down. Finding a propane refill station before returning home. Standing at a sani dump with the sights and smells, even when you are doing everything right. We understand, and we do not want these chores to take away from your trip or add stress at the end. There is no punishment, no judgment, and no shame in leaving these parts to us. You are still a five star guest.Propane is thirty dollars per tank whether you plan ahead or simply return it empty. We swap the tank for a full one at the local exchange.
Sani dump service is fifty dollars whether you prepay or tell us at the end. If you prefer not to dump the grey and black tanks, we look after it.
The price is the same either way. We want you to enjoy your time away, not worry about chores.Optional RentalsTabletop propane barbecue with a five pound propane cylinder.
Propane fire pit with lava rocks that is exempt from most Alberta fire bans. Includes an additional twenty pound propane cylinder.
These can be added during booking.

RecomendacionesAlberta has great spots for this trailer. Families love Miquelon Lake, Wabamun, Pigeon Lake, Pembina River, and Crimson Lake. The trailer is great for mountain trips too, including Banff, Jasper, and Kananaskis. Closer to Edmonton, there is camping in Gibbons near the Jurassic Forest, and Vegreville which has a great park. For quieter escapes, try Carson-Pegasus, Long Lake, or Dinosaur Provincial Park. If you want ideas or help choosing a site, just ask. We are happy to share favourites and why.Otros detalles importantesWe want you to have a great time and do our best to make that easy! This trailer has been on many of our own family trips, so we keep it stocked and ready. It tows easily behind SUVs, vans, and half-ton trucks. Air conditioning and furnace work well in Alberta weather. We include hoses, leveling blocks, chemicals, toilet paper, and a full walkthrough before you go. If you prefer delivery or have questions about towing, power, or campsites, feel free to ask anytime.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We are a camping family too, so pickup and return are kept simple and relaxed. When the trailer goes out, we’re often heading out on our own trip, so we work with you to choose times that fit your plans and ours. If we can get it to you the night before, we gladly will. If an afternoon return is easier, we prefer it. The only times we need set hours are for same-day turnarounds, and we let you know that at booking. You will never feel like this is a hotel.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Plug into 30 amp power when available. If the site only offers 15 amp, use the adapter; everything works but the A/C draws more power, so use it with awareness. For full-service water, hook up to the tap; campground pressure is stronger than the trailer pump. For sewage, you can attach the hose, but keep both valves closed. Dump the black tank only when near full, then use the grey tank as a rinse. This keeps odour from their set up down, and the trailer a nice place to be.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Treat the trailer like a small, simple house. If something feels forced, stop and reassess. Propane is not like natural gas, so use the roof vent when cooking. The hot water tank holds six gallons; shower efficiently and avoid back-to-back showers since even with electric assist it recovers at about seventeen gallons an hour. Use common sense and take your time.

Q.

What kind of towing experience do I need?

A.

You don’t need special experience to tow this trailer. It tracks smoothly and stays in its lane, so if you’ve ever driven something a little bigger and used your mirrors, you’ll feel at home. Take your time, leave extra room, and keep speeds steady. Backing in can be the trickiest part, so bring someone patient to guide you. If towing makes you uneasy, we’re happy to deliver and set it up for you.

We’re a family of four based in Edmonton, using our trailer to explore Alberta and BC with our two young boys. When we’re not on the road, we love sharing it with other families looking for a comfortable, reliable way to make new memories. We’ve set the trailer up with thoughtful touches to make your trip easy — from fully stocked kitchen essentials to optional extras like linens or delivery. Whether you’re a first-time camper or a seasoned traveler, we’re happy to help you feel confident and ready to go. We’ve had help when we needed it, and believe in paying that forward. Questions welcome — we want you to have a great trip.
