This modern interior 2022 Open Range Highland Ridge 180BHS sleeps 6, it is equipped with a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a dinette that can sleep another 2 individuals. This RV is ideal for families with children! Just bring your linen and your food and you are good to go!This Unit is SUV & VAN Towable and is Newbie friendly, super easy to pull weighing only 3720lb dry weight approximately 4120lbs fully loaded.Don’t have a trailer brake controller? Don’t worry I will provide one for a fee.You have 18ft of living space and the trailer is approximately 22ft Hitch to bumper.This unit will sleep up to 5 comfortably.2 people can be accommodated on the Queen Size bed1 person on each bunk for a total of 2 people.1-2 people can sleep on the dinette converted bed.Perfect for a family looking to get away from the city and explore the outdoors.Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee and upon owner approval
Festival friendly and only upon owner approvalThe rental includes: 6 dishes/utensils/cups, glasses, cutting board, toaster, coffee maker, pots&pans, 4 camping chairs, dish soap, sponge, dish drying rack, RV toilet paper, first aid kit, fire extinguisher.Trailer a led lights inside and out and a integrated Bluetooth soundbar that is connected to the outside speakers. TV is also included along with indoor/outdoor speakers.All newer RV’s need a Full 30 Amp site or Generator to run A/C or microwave as they no longer run on propane. Or At least 15 Amps power or A Generator to run the electrical outlets.
Generator is available for a fee .Mattress protectors are provided however are not to be used as linen. If returned dirty and surcharge will apply.Non smoking, No off roading and No roof climbingFresh water tank - 20 gallons
