No off-roading, rock crawling, sand, mud, beaches, deep snow, or unmaintained/closed roads. Maintained dirt/gravel roads to established campsites are okay if driven slowly and carefully. AWD helps with traction, but this is not a 4x4 Jeep.
Driver must obey speed limits, height/clearance warnings, parking rules, and all platform terms. No climbing on the roof. No towing. No roof cargo, bike racks, exterior gear, stickers, tools, or modifications added without approval.
Return the van clean, fueled, and on time. Remove trash and personal items. Report any damage, warning lights, mechanical issues, lost items, stains, odors, water spills, or system problems immediately. Do not attempt repairs or modifications without approval.
Use the induction cooktop only with compatible cookware, stable placement, ventilation, and clearance from flammable items. Do not leave cooking unattended.
The roof AC can run on the lithium battery system, but it drains batteries quickly. Plug into shore power for extended AC use. Shore power is standard household-style 120V/15A, not 30A/50A RV service.
