• Pick-Up & Drop-Off: Located at Ace Self Storage. Please return the RV to the exact same parking spot where it was picked up.
Lockbox Access: A lockbox holds the keys. Before your booking, you’ll receive a message with the code. When returning the RV, ensure it’s fully locked and return the keys to the lockbox. No staff will be present at pick-up or drop-off.
Power Buttons: Use the two buttons to power the RV and turn them off when you return it.
Air Conditioning: The switch is located above the fridge.
Condition & Tanks: The RV must be returned in the same condition as rented, with gas and propane tanks full.
• Levelers: Do not use the levelers—one will not retract properly.
Missing Items: You are responsible for replacing any missing items.
