No climbing on the roof, no smoking, pets on approval only. Smoking inside the trailer will result in a minimum of a $300 fee. Awning is aloud for use when it is not windy. Windy conditions can damage the awning and if used in such conditions will result in a fee or insurance claim. Climbing on the roof can damage the ceiling and will result in an insurance claim. We love pets and welcome well behaved ones on approval for an additional fee. We ask that you crate your pets when unattended to avoid accidents to the interior of the trailer. Services animals are welcome at no charge with current certification.
