8’ x 9’ garage in the back instead of a master bedroom for desert toys or anything large to take with you on your trip without a need for a trailer. We use it for dirtbikes.Easy to clean surfaces with leatherette couches and no carpet.Has large Queen bed above drivers area and the couch and dinning table both fold down into beds. Rear garage can be setup as a master bedroom.Has a tv/dvd combo that is 12v and 120v.Comes with plates and silverware for at least four people. A mat for the outside entry area.The tanks are on the smaller side, please plan water usage accordingly. Some sites have water services or full hook ups so you don’t need to worry about tank sizes.Fresh water 23 gallon, 5 gallon portable tank included.
