I designed and built this custom trailer for my wife and I to continue exploring the world around us in a safe and warm (or cool) space that was ours. We have had many adventures in it and continue to use it as much as possible.Key Features
-Extremely Lightweight (Can be towed with most vehicles with a hitch)
-Serious amounts of insulation to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This trailer has almost twice as much as a modern house!
-Large storage space inside the trailer for when the car is full or leaving the campsite.
-Cargo basket on the roof for random sized objects or things not suitable for being inside a car or trailer.
-Bike mounts for transporting a bicycle
-Very simple to operate power system. No need for being an electrical engineer to have power.
-Engineered axle placement and weight balance for effortless towing for more inexperienced drivers.
-Weather seals on the doors to keep weather, bugs and other unfun things out of your safe space.
-Exterior lights on both sides and the front to help when its just too dark to see!
-Glass windows with shades for light or privacy depending on your situation
-Commercial grade locks an deadbolts for security and privacy.
-Solar charging to keep you off the grid longer.Normally with two people heat is not required down to about 30 degrees. There is a small heater that is included in the trailer and can run for 8 hours continuously on battery power without recharging the batteries.
