Any renters not paying a pet fee that are discovered to have a pet are subject to a $250 fee.No smoking inside the trailer.Only use septic safe toilet paper, and do not flush any other items down the toilet. Please use the provided black tank cleaner after each sewage dump.Must have an appropriate tow vehicle if delivery not selected. Tow vehicles must be capable of towing a gross vehicle weight of 6100 lbs with a hitch weight of 650 lbs. Our weight distribution hitch is required and included free, however, you may use your own appropriate hitch.All water, grey and black tanks must be emptied prior to drop-off if sewage service is not selected. Propane tanks are delivered as is.Burning Man; is not allowed. If our RV GPS shows the RV was taken to Burning Man without it will be considered a breach of contract and immediate eviction will occur at the expense of the renter.Please be aware that pickup time is 3:00 PM but an earlier time may be available upon request. The return time is 11:00 AM.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The electricity is very simple; first plug in our provided surge protector to the electricity pedestal, checks the lights to verify proper current and then plug in the RVs plug. The water is connected via a fresh water hose which connects directly to a water spigot. Our water hose is fitted with a water filter to allow for safe drinking water inside the trailer, as well as a water pressure regulator to prevent interior plumbing damage. Sewage is easily connected with the provided sewer hose.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are completely flexible with pickup and drop-off which can occur at our location, our storage lot, or another location depending upon the distance from us. Please contact us and see what arrangements we can make for you.

Do you deliver?
A.
In short yes. Delivery is available provided we are in town (we travel a lot with our own RV). Delivery is free within 25 miles of our home. Delivery outside of that area is charged at $3/per mile with a minimum charge of $200. Delivery includes a complete camp setup.
