- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 850,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 127,50 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental, as well as stocking it with all the necessary provisionals.
