2022 Thor Tranquility Mercedes Benz sprinter 4x4

My wife and I went on a scenic roadtrip through Crater Lake NP and Volcanic Lassen NP, and we had such a wonderful experience both with the RV, as well as with Joselito! The RV was perfect for our trip, allowing us to navigate through tight and winding roads with ease, and was able to easily climb up and slow down on steep hills without a problem. And many other reviews mention this, but the RV is able to fit into most regular parking spaces which was very important as we didn't encounter that many dedicated RV spots! Joselito included bedding amenities such as 2 memory foam mats and bed sheets, while we brought our own pillows and blanket. He also included many other camping gear such as 2 camping chairs, general cooking + grilling equipment, induction stovetop, electric kettle, and a french press. We would recommend bringing your own kitchen towel or buy a roll of paper towels to keep the kitchen area clean! The RV comes with a toilet and shower, and while shower may feel a little small, you really can't beat a nice shower after a long and dusty hike! Lastly, Joselito was an absolute pleasure to rent from! He provided how-to videos about the RV that was really handy for us as we'd never driven an RV, and he also gave us a thorough walkthrough at pickup! He even texted to make sure we arrived at our destination safely 🙏🏻 We would definitely rent again!

We had such a good time on our trip, and cruising with this van was such a cool experience! The van is super clean, and it's aweosme becuase it's large enough that it's not cramped, but also small enough that you can fit in every regular parking spot. Shower, stove, toilet, bed, tv, fully stocked with every utensil, and every other little extra thing you might need or forgot. This things has it all, and it is so nice to drive. What really made the experience though was Joselito the host. The star rating is 5 out of 5 for this van, but Joselito is 10 out of 10. He made special accomidations, went over everything in detail, checked in with us throughout the trip, put more simply; he went above and beyond. This was my first time using Outdoorsy, but next time I definitely know who I'm booking with.

Excellent communication through Outdoorsy App. Getting the video in advance was useful. I suggest other renters download it in case you don’t have internet or cell service at your first destination. We didn’t use the shower, propane, AC, or heating but I think they would have worked.

We had a great experience renting this RV! Joselito was super nice, very responsive, and made the whole process easy and smooth. The RV was in great condition, very easy to drive, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Highly recommend—would definitely rent again!

We were really impressed by how clean and well kept the van was. You would never know that it is four years old. It was pretty much spotless and ran like a champ. How do they keep it so clean?! It was great working with a great owner… the rental was reasonably priced and communication was great. We expressed a little concern about the fold down bench/bed possibly being lumpy, and the owner responded by throwing in a couple of thick memory foam mats. It was soooo comfortable and we slept great every night. (Especially when we had the sound of the rain on the roof.)
