3.0For the most part, our rental went well. These are a few things that could be improved. The oven was not working very well and very hard to turn it on. We were not told in advance about this. We couldn’t use most food we brought for the oven. The mattress/bed was very stained and uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. The owners charged us a $130 fee claiming we broke the drawer cover in the fridge which was already cracked and not working right when we got it. Owner refused to believe us and charged a high fee anyways. Fridge also leaked water all over our food inside which led to many messy spills every time we took food or containers out of fridge. Needs to be fixed. Floors and counters, fridge and garage floor area were not clean. We had to clean the entire rv prior to using to ensure it was clean while we had it. We should have not been charged a cleaning fee.
