*This travel trailer is lightweight - only 3,925 lbs unloaded and a hitch weight of 410 lbs. Exterior length is 24' but allow for an additional 10' for set up. (Please be prepared to show capacity of pulling vehicle if traveling).
*The front and back of the camper drops down to form canvased & screened queen beds, each with privacy curtains. Both the dining table and the couch convert to double beds giving the camper a sleeping capacity of 8.
*The couch slides out giving ample room inside to enjoy your friends and family.
*Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove top/oven, double sink with ample cupboards.
*Bathroom has toilet, sink, shower and cabinet. Toilet paper and septic tabs provided.Also, ask us about onsite setup that's available on our 10 acre property - with all amenities included.

Owner was amazing with pick up, drop off and explanation of trailer features. Big enough for 4 adults to move around with kids. Features worked perfectly and was very clean.
