Highly communicative and accommodating
Brandon offers fast, clear communication, flexibility with scheduling, and willingness to help with issues like generator adapters. While generally well-regarded, one refund dispute was not handled to the guest's satisfaction.
Mixed condition with comfort issues
The RV is often clean and functional, with useful extras. However, guests reported a non-working furnace, sewage smell, weak batteries, and thin, uncomfortable mattresses that required guest-provided alternatives.

2.0At At the time of pick up, we were told the furnace did not work, but was clearly in the listing. When we went to load the unit, there was a strong sewage smell inside and we had to wipe down the inside shelves, surfaces, and mop floor. Before we could camp, we had to stop at the dump station to clean out lines with cleaner to get as much smell out as possible. We contacted Hope to report issues. The furnace has stated did not work. or the ceiling units that the host told us to try for heat. That also did not work. Had to purchase a heater to use. Following the trip we reached out to ask for a partial refund due to issues and was not received well. A 6% refund was given which did not cover the price of the heater and cleaning solution. We have owned several campers and rented others without the issues we encountered with this rental.

5.0Perfect RV. Host very responsive to questions. RV mattresses tend to be a bit thin, so if you want more padding, bring a comforter. Would rent again.
