Small pets are welcome but you must clean after them. Included in the community is a free gym, Olympic size outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, tubing the Coosawattee river, hiking, dog park, wildlife including roaming deer, and a zoo located inside the community! Coosawattee also holds free events for the community.
