Marek provides a pre-trip rundown with essentials, is flexible for unique requests like commercial shoots, and facilitates an easy rental process. However, communication regarding a critical AC malfunction became dismissive and unresponsive, leaving the renter to troubleshoot.
Accurate, but main AC non-functional
The RV is perfect for groups and its accommodations are accurately represented. However, a major issue was the main living area AC consistently blowing hot air, rendering it unusable for cooling, despite pre-trip assurance. Only the cab AC functioned while driving.
