Supportive but communication lapses
Marek provides pre-trip rundown, essentials, and is flexible for early returns or unique rentals. However, a guest reported poor communication and dismissal when a major RV AC issue arose, which was later disputed.
Offers a great ride
Described as a great ride, suitable for 3 people, and accurately presented. However, one rental experienced the main RV AC unit blowing only hot air, making it unbearable during the day, despite owner verification of working AC.

5.0While we did not use this RV for a typical 'adventure across America' trip, our production did use it in a commercial. We sell an RV Adapter Cord Kit that has the 9 most common confirgurations and we wanted to rent an RV as a featured item in a commercial we were shooting. Marek and Monika were gracious enough to allow us to rent their RV for this shoot. We really appreciate it, and it turned out well. All accommodations were listed as stated, though we didn't use them; we can confirm they were there, and the RV is presented as said. We appreciate their willingness to rent to us, and while on set, received quite a few inquiries on how to rent an RV, which we promoted both Outdoorsy and this particular RV!
