Very easy , set up complete prior to arriving and great communication! Spacious camper

We had a great stay! The camper was clean, stocked, and comfortable. I had a couple questions prior to our trip and Kim provided fast, helpful communication. I would rent again.

The host was responsive regarding my reservation and set up. The RV was a layout that I haven’t seen before and included a dresser AND a closet. Hands down best set up for a family of 5. I do need to say that it was not cleaned to my expectations upon arrival. I needed to clean the floors and the bathroom completely. Luckily I brought Clorox wipes. Annoying to have to mop the floors by hand with Clorox wipes especially after a long day of travel. Also, the air vents were filthy. It would take a simple wet rag to clean them but it looks as if they have never been cleaned. I drew the line at that and stopped cleaning. That being said, as long as they clean better I’d say I’d rent this camper again.

Comunication was great, RV was clean and everything worked well. Could use updated smart tv's.

Kim was a fantastic host. She was very receptive to my questions and needs. She made sure we were comfortable and had the necessities.
