No cleaning/dump fees if RV RETURNED SAME AS RECEIVED. Ck Generator Oil ea 6 hours. Ck engine fluids/tire psi every fill-up. Stay off roof. Renter is responsible for any damage to the RV during the rental. Insurance deductible is $5k. No smoking/vape. No off pavement use. Cleaning fee $100/hr. Dump fee $195. Late returns $65/hr. Pet traces found $300. Sewer clogs fixed @ renter expense. If a dispute arises out of, or related to, this Agreement, or the breach thereof, the parties agree to first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Mediation Rules (CMR), before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the AAA in accordance with its CMR. All fees & expenses of the mediation and/or arbitration shall be borne by the parties equally. Each party shall bear the expense of its own counsel. This rv has gps. Signer acknowledges they were orally & here in writing advised we may activate electronic surveillance technology to locate RV if it is not returned within 72 hrs of the return date, and/or to provide roadside assistance.
