- Vehicle pickup is 3:00 PM and return 11:00 AM. We can also accommodate flexible pick-up and return times with proper notice.

- Vehicle must stay in the United States (No Mexico or Canada) – Only insured domestically. Security deposit will be forfeited if vehicle travels outside US borders.
- You are responsible for dumping the cassette toilet and grey water tank before returning the vehicle. Failure to do so will result in $150 charge to deposit.
- Full tank of gas required on return (fill up charge of $80 will be charged to deposit). RV takes regular unleaded only.
- Propane will be provided full. You must return full or a $50 re-fill charge will apply. Fueling gas and propane station located within a mile of drop-off location.
- Dog friendly. An added cleaning fee of $50 applies. Sorry no cats.
- No smoking or vaping in the vehicle. Subject to loss of security deposit if rule not followed.
- No festivals. Don't even try :)
- No off-roading – Van is not 4x4 compatible – Low clearance
- No towing
- No climbing or storing anything on the roof
- If the RV or the contents of the RV are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs. If an accident occurs, you are responsible to obtain a police report, contact Outdoors's insurance and notify us immediately.
- Renter is responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged or lost van accessories provided. All necessary operating information and tutorials to reference at your leisure will be digitally provided so you can safely and confidently drive and enjoy the vehicle during your trip. 5.0The main reason I selected this van for my trip was that I wanted to try out living and working from a van, thus the StarLink was a huge factor. It performed flawlessly, and it supported many Zoom calls every day. The passenger side seat swiveled and had a table that made for a great workspace. The van was super comfortable and easy to drive. I took it many places and stayed in both campgrounds and boondocking sites. I would note that it’s probably not optimized for long durations off grid, but it was definitely manageable once I got the hang of tracking the battery level and knowing that I occasionally needed to run the engine for a bit to charge things back up - especially when making coffee. I loved finding sites to work near the beach, in the mountains, and in the desert to hang out and work for the day, enjoy a hike after work, and then find a spot to camp out for the night. Way better than working from my home office! Eric was fantastic to work with and responded promptly to any questions that arose during my trip (2 weeks). This was my first experience with van life and after this experience, I can’t wait to do it again!
