4.0Couldn't be easier. They came and setup the trailer, we used it and they came and picked it up. One point was that the queen size mattress needs replacing, it is collapsed in the middle. Everything else was perfect.

4.0Great experience with UMi Rentals, would definitely recommend them. Delivery and Setup was quick and efficient, I was shown the trailer and it's features and how to run everything. The bathroom light didn't work but I didn't call them because it wasn't that important to us, I'm sure they would have been out to fix immediately had i called.
