Rental Rules & Policies To help us provide a clean, reliable, and stress-free experience for every guest, please review the following rental policies: Delivery Only – No Self Towing: We will deliver, set up, and pick up the camper at your campsite or approved location. Guest towing is not permitted. No Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the camper. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage fees. No Pets Policy: To maintain a clean and allergy-conscious environment for all guests, pets are not permitted in the camper unless otherwise approved in writing prior to the rental. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges. Generator Policy: A generator is not currently provided with the rental. Guests should ensure their campsite or location has appropriate 30-amp electrical service if power is desired. Basic Checkout Cleaning: We do not expect guests to deep clean the camper, but we do ask that it be returned in tidy condition. Prior to checkout, please: -Remove all trash -Hand wash dishes and cookware used -Complete a quick sweep of floors -Remove personal belongings Linens and bedding may be left on the beds for us to handle during turnover. Excessive cleaning needs beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning charges. Inventory & Condition Verification: The camper comes stocked with a large inventory of amenities and supplies for guest convenience. To protect both parties: • A full inventory checklist will be reviewed and signed upon delivery and pickup • The camper condition and included items will be verified at both times • Missing or damaged items beyond normal wear may result in replacement or repair charges Respect for the Camper: Please treat the camper and included equipment with the same care you would your own property. If something is damaged or stops working during your stay, simply let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
