We recently took her on a road trip to Utah, covering 6 national parks including Arches, Bryce, Zion, Canyonlands, Grand Canyon and Capitol Reef.For local camping destinations, we love the Moraine Park campground in Rocky Mountain National Park, Turquoise Lake near Leadville, Frisco Reservoir Campgrounds in Summit County, and Lake Granby Campgrounds such as Stillwater and Arapahoe Bay. All of these amazing destinations are within 2 hours of the Denver/Boulder metro area.Otros detalles importantesRenter will be responsible for the emptying of grey and blackwater tanks, otherwise there will be a $250 fee. We will demonstrate how to do this at the time of rental. It's quite easy and not a dirty job at all - we have top-of-the line hoses for you to use.Please note that there will be a $1,500 fee for violation of our non-smoking policy.Please plan to spend 30-60 minutes with us when you arrive to pick up the trailer for a full walkthrough of all trailer equipment, appliances, safety information, and other.We include all linens, but do not include any toiletries. This makes the Caravel suitable for four-season camping. However, if rented between the months of November and March, the trailer will be "dry." An additional electric space heater is available upon request for winter campouts with electric hookups.Additionally, we offer a 200W portable solar panel that can be placed in the sun (even if the trailer is parked in the shade) and should meet most or all of the trailer's power needs on sunny days, with the exception of the air condition or microwave, which are only operable when connected to campsite AC power.

Hosts were great, also communicated well, provided all the details I needed to feel comfortable in their Airstream, had a detailed binder for arrival, departure to reference as needed. 5.0Michael and Julie were flexible on pick up and drop off. Michael did a great job of walking me around the vehicle and explaining all the features thoroughly. He was available and communicative throughout the trip. I'd highly recommend Rosie to another family.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I may be able to deliver the Airstream to your location. I am also somewhat flexible on pickup and drop-off times.

Can this trailer be used without campsite electrical, water, and sewage hookups?
A.
Yes! This trailer is great for "dry-camping" or "boondocking" either at campsites (such as most state and national parks here in CO) or dispersed camping areas without hookups. The rooftop solar panel keeps the high-end lithium batteries charged on sunny days, and the onboard freshwater tank will last you a few days. I also have an available 200W portable solar panel and a Honda generator that would provide you with power for longer stays. Water and tank levels must be monitored though.
