Please note that if the tanks are not empty, we charge a dumping fee of $300.We want to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay and by following these guidelines, we can ensure that the experience is enjoyable for everyone. Pickup and dropoff can happen on weekdays between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and on Weekends between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. only.Important: Please download and sign in to the App on your phone before pick up. 5.0We planned our 25th anniversary trip from Caledon ON to Victoria BC through Canada and back from Vancouver BC to Caledon ON through the US. As a first time user Prashant let us see it first before we made the reservation. It help us to decide because of my hight 6'6". I was perfectly OK. When we came to picked up the trailer, the trailer was clean and ready to go. I was shown and explained everything. During our trip we no problems or any major issues. Everything was working perfectly. Only once we had to contact Prahant because we had no power. Prashant responded to my calls and text messages right a way. It was actually problem at the campground. It was a great feeling when Prashant was there for us. We had only 2 small issues. There was no mirror in the trailer and the fridge frame was little vibrating which I fixed with a little piece of paper. When we came back Prashant inspected the trailer asked us if we had any problems. Both issues were addressed and Prashant will fix it. We had a great time. I would definitely get the trailer again from Prahant and Ashita.
