This is a great starter camper. It gives you comfort while maintaining a camping feel. It's clean, stylish and is incredibly easy to set up and tow. The sun valley model sleeps 4-6 (seating cushions convert to small bed) with two full size beds on each end. Dining table can be folded easily and used inside or outside. Lots of storage. Newly reupholstered with new canvas. The tires are like new. New gray wood grain vinyl is easy to sweep clean. Has sink, 3 burner stove, water tank (under seats; linked to faucet) and propane tank. We can include a small fridge and/or a cooler if you'd like. Approx 13.5 feet long x 6.8 feet wide x 3.75 feet high closed up (opened up it's 19' 4" in length). Conveniently towable by a small suv or van. Weighs under 1000 pounds. Awning is not in pics, but is included. There is ample space to include your own portable potty and/or mini cooler/fridge. Unit can be hooked up to power and water. Battery included for dry camping.
