Expectations and Rules for Your StayWe strive to provide a clean, comfortable RV and ask that you help us maintain it by following these rules:
1. Cleanliness: Return the RV in the same condition as delivered. Wipe down counters, tables, and furniture; sweep/vacuum the floors; and use the provided Swiffer mop. Wash used dishes, remove trash, and clean the toilet, sink, and shower.
2. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be discussed during booking. Guests are responsible for their pets, ensuring no damage occurs, cleaning up after them inside and out, and confirming campground pet policies. A small pet fence is available to help contain pets.
3. Bedding and Linens: Bring your own bedding and pillows. A clean mattress cover, fitted sheet, and flat sheet are provided for your convenience.
4. Toilet and Black Water Tank: Only RV toilet paper (provided) may be used. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or chemicals (like bleach) into drains or the toilet, as this could damage the system.
5. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside the RV is prohibited. Evidence will result in a $500 fine.
