5.0I rented Simon’s trailer for a 4-day trip and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Simon was incredibly responsive and kind, answering questions quickly during my trip and making everything simple. The trailer comes fully stocked with all the essentials—and even things you don’t realize you need until you do. It was clear a lot of thought went into preparing it. A huge plus was having Starlink included, which made staying online effortless when needed. Every feature and system in the trailer worked exactly as expected, making the whole trip comfortable and stress-free. Overall, a great rental. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend it to others.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We schedule a one hour window for pickup and drop off 8a-9p. Guests must arrive and complete pickup and drop-off within their designated time window. We can do fixed times 7a-9a and 6p-9p. Times 9a-6p need to be flexible pickup hour time window. There are cafes and stores to shop while picking up.

What level of cleaning do you expect us to return the RV?
A.
We strive to keep affordable prices for a full featured and stocked RV. In order to do this we do expect renters to return it as we sent it out. That is clean the dishes, the fridge, floor and to do the laundry on the linens and towels etc. Fill the gas and propane tanks. Drain the gray and black tanks. We understand not everyone traveling through can do all of this, nor as renters do you want to do this. We are fine with that we will just charge for all of those items at the end to be fair.
