-Excessive cleaning fee is $500; basic cleaning is already charged in the rental but if you leave a mess, you will be charged.
We try to be flexible about pickup/drop off times however, unless you request late/early arrival/pickup there will be an additional charge of $50/hour or part of an hour that you are late.

5Smooth transaction...streamlined trip! Paul was a great host...super clean equipment...properly equipped. Paul made sure we were comfortable operating the bells and whistles and we were off and camping! Would highly recommend to other users.

1The water system did not work. Hot showers and flush-toilets are 50% of the reason people use campers. Also, the generator didn’t have the correct 240v connection to enable the use of the outlets, fans, or air conditioning. Also, the bathroom 12v fan did not work. Imagine having a toilet that I had to flush by pouring in water and no way to ventilate the space. Unacceptable. Am pursuing a refund.

5Killer trip! Very nice RV and Owners. They delivered and set it up for us and everything worked great. Nice, new, clean, and comfortable for our camping trip!
