RecomendacionesOther things to noteNo smoking this will be a $500 claim from your security deposit. No climbing to the roof. Use the awning only during the day and never when wind speeds exceed 10 mph or during heavy rain or hail. Any additional costs required for returns, extensive interior and exterior cleaning and repairs, carpet cleaning, lost or stolen items, etc. will be deducted from your deposit. If costs exceed the $1,000 security deposit, the tenant will be responsible for additional costs. 4I enjoyed my trip, RV was comfortable. What I did not like was the Crappy treatment of your offices telling me that they would not accept my drivers license and to send them a photo of my credit card and my passport if I wanted to keep the insurance I was forced to buy. This involved 4 hours of messages and phone calls (3 to 7pm), harassing me even after I had picked up the RV at 3:30pm. At first I felt your service would be a good thing, but your harassment has me convinced that I will not use it again. I’ve rented vehicles all over the Country with no hassle, but not with Outdoorsy.
