Rental Terms and Conditions PLEASE NOTE: We require the basic insurance and roadside assistance- both available during checkout. PICKUP/DROP OFF: Vehicles can be picked up at 3pm and dropped off by Noon unless other arrangements are made prior to pickup- subject to availability. Late drop offs are subject to another nights rental. Vehicle Use • OA Campervans are NOT 4 wheel drive vehicles, thus you should only drive in appropriate conditions. Rough, off road conditions are strictly prohibited. • One of the best things about an OA Campervan is that it is not a bulky, hard to maneuver RV. However, we suggest you take some time at the beginning of your trip to acquaint yourself with driving the vehicle. While you will have 24 hour roadside assistance, this is applicable to recognized and accessible roads only and is not always a quick solution should you get stuck. Avoid mud, wet grass, etc. Getting the vehicle stuck due to non mechanical issue is your responsibility. • You will likely be exploring areas new to you (that’s the adVANture!) so please stay attentive at the wheel and do not rush your travel. We expect you to adhere to all state and local traffic laws. • You are free to travel anywhere in the continental US or Canada. We appreciate an overview of your trip when picking up the vehicle. • You are expected to treat the vehicle respectfully. No climbing on the roof, no smoking and please return the vehicle in the shape it was received or you will be subject to additional charges beyond the $75 cleaning fee. • Failure to remain on legally accessible roads voids provided insurance and makes you 100% responsible and subject to penalty. * TAKING an OA CAMPERVAN TO BURNING MAN IS PROHIBITED Insurance • All drivers must be 25 years old or older. • Insurance is provided in your name as part of all rentals. This provides full coverage for collision minimum coverage for liability. Your credit card coverage or personal coverage does not apply to and OA Campervan rental. You are welcome to ask your carrier about additional insurance however, insurance through our carrier will still be required. • In order to rent an OA Campervan, you must pass an automated, hassle free DMV check. This also applies to non US residents. * Rental fee includes 100 miles per day- additional miles are .35/per mile unless purchased in advance. Payment Terms • Rental Deposit- $300 or 15% (whichever greater) at the time of reservation. • Full Payment- due 14 days prior to pickup. • Refund Policy- 50% refund if prior to 14 days. • Security Deposit- $300 damage deposit due 14 days prior to pickup. • Cleaning Fee - $75 fee charged per rental. Additional fees may be incurred if vehicle is not returned in the same condition as pickup. * A $100 Pet Cleaning Fee is automatically applied if you bring your dog. Outdoor AdVANtures Liability • OA is not responsible for: o Costs or inconveniences incurred by late arrivals. o Loss, damage, or injury to people or property from any vehicle or equipment rented from Outdoor AdVANtures, LLC. • Upon receipt of your deposit, all terms and conditions state herein are binding. Outdoor AdVANtures reserves the right to cancel reservations for any reason including weather, renter condition/behavior at the time of pick up, etc.
