Mike fixed a water hookup issue, delivered the camper early, provided a detailed operational overview, and waived a dump fee. Jessica was consistently responsive and accommodating.

The RV was generally clean, as described, and everything worked. It was appreciated for its versatility as an extra bedroom or kids' hangout. Note: mattresses are thin and one guest found minor pre-cleaning necessary.

5.0Mike and Jessica were great to rent from. The RV was clean and perfect for our needs. Communication was fabulous. Mike went out of his way on a Friday night to make sure we had water when there was a problem with the hookup at our site. Definitely recommend renting from them.

4.0Drop off/set-up was easy and flawless. I did have to do a little bit of cleaning prior to our house guests staying in the trailer. Also, the mattresses are quite thin so you may want to grab a mattress topper to make your sleep more comfortable. Jess was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall a good experience.

5.0We used the trailer/camper in our yard as an extra bedroom for our annual family reunion. It was also used a kids' hangout since we don't have such a room in the house. Jess and Mike were wonderful to work with. Really nice folks and very responsive.
