Jessica checked in with us a week before our trip asking if there was anything specific we'd need. Great communication. We were able to pick up the camper at a convenient time and it worked great. So many items available to use that made our camping trip an amazing experience! Just bring your own toothbrush and food and you are all set 🎉

What originally was going to be a fine interaction turned into arguments. My wife and I rented the camper for 2 night stay. We got the camper with tanks not emptied. Luckily we only each showered once, and the toilet a handful of times otherwise it would have overfilled. The A/C unit didn't work. Contacted the support, but they weren't able to get a technician out to us on short notice on a Saturday. Understandable. Informed the owner, sent videos, etc... An agreement was made for partial refund as our trip was rather uncomfortable during a heat advisory. I returned the camper without using the dump station (there was 6+ vehicles backed up waiting for their turn, and my wife and I had to go to work after returning the camper.) Being that they didn't dump it in the first place before us figured no big deal. They then were gonna charge me $200 for not dumping. Met the husband, he was nice to show me about the camper, how to do this that and the other. If it wasn't for trying to charge me $200 for not dumping after being given the camper not dumped, they worked with me well on the AC issue. Photos of AC unit when I tried running it, it would just spit out water. The camper was dropped off at a RV dealer to be fixed. So future renters shouldn't have an issue.

great First-time camping experience. the hosts were great... very professional & accommodating. the camper was very nice & supplied with everything we needed.

Great camper. Had everything and more. The anti itch came in handy from the mosquitos. Would book again.
