Fees
- Security deposit: 465,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 232,50 €. This fee will cover cleaning/detailing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It also covers black/brown water dump, washing of all linens, filling of propane tanks for hot water service.
