Hello. I’m renting out my clean class C in 2 ways . Instate rentals get a cheaper rate at $200 a night and out of state goes for $270. Before you book make sure you get ahold of me so I can change the rate for you and save you some money.Qué incluyeIt’s DVD player plays in the large 40”tv upfront and also the 32” in the back bed room. I added pots, pans, reusable plastic flat ware, 8 cups, 8 plates, and 8 bowls all plastic. It has a coffee machine and cooking utensils, cutting boards. I also stock it with complimentary trash bags, hand soap, dish soap and pinesol for moping a mop and broom as well. Plenty of storage in the inside and on the outside. It has 4 sets of comforters and 6 pillows included.
The exterior storage is equipped with water hoses, dump hoses, 5 folding chairs, table, power cords and propane grill. Just added a solar system to save you from running the generator so muchRecomendacionesThis rig can go to just about any campground as most of the roads are paved or gravel but its not meant to hit the back woods as these rigs are pretty long and low to the ground.Otros detalles importantes1. Other owners charge extra for linens, chairs, a grill, tables etc.. i throw it in for free, just clean it and put it back and that's good enough for me. enjoy your get away.
2. i can only be here to greet you at 8am or at 7pm for pick up and drop off
3. the rental is a 24hr block rental. which means if you pick up at 8am you need to return it by 8am on its return date. you are given a 1hr grace period. if you are late and return it by lets say 1pm then you will get charged $20 an hr per hr after the grace period. Unless we agree to a late return.
4. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. You are getting a very clean unit inside and out. I need the rig returned in the same clean condition. If it’s returned with the exterior littered with bugs and dust,dirt or mud
