I rented the RV to be delivered to the location where I was camping with an entire Pop Warner football team and families of the team. My grandson first experience to camp with his team instead of staying in a hotel. We went with the RV we selected because of the amenities, the size of the RV, and that it was deliverable. However, when we arrived at the campsite we were met with various issues. This being our first time ever renting a RV; we were not aware of the many issues until we had a few other campers check our concerns and educate us on what were some of the issues. The RV was not prepped for the next renter, which was us. We had a non-functioning shade that hovers over the RV. It was ripped and non-useable. That was not communicated to us prior to renting the RV. The RV was received dirty (fridge and stove outside). It had a smell. The refrigerator on the inside never got cold, causing us to throw out baby breast milk that was pumped and prepped in bags for our entire trip. With the shade not working the host had an easy popup that did not cover the full front of the RV like the overhead shade would have, which caused some of our items to get soaked. We had a generator that was not gassed up so we could not run it the first night. A battery that was not fully charge to run the heater or appliances inside (the first night). Our water supply did not last the duration of our stay, which we were very careful on how much water to use and not to have the water just running. The RV had damaged blinds, warped flooring, table that wobbled and was damaged, and a screen door that would not stay shut, which caused us to keep the door closed, to where we ended up getting hot inside. Screens were missing off windows so we could not get fresh air. The host finally came out the following day to bring gas for the generator and an extra tank, and new batteries, which in the description of the host site this was to be provided when receiving our rental. After the completion of our rental, the host contacted me and was not very nice and very combative in his text message. We just wanted a great experience for what we paid for. He agreed that he would give some of the money back when we talked during the pickup but changed his story when texting me. For the amount we paid to rent the RV we should have had the best experience. The description on the site was very misleading and not fulfilled. I was very disappointed with the tone and the way the host spoke. If you are going to rent an RV and you state, the amenities that come with the RV, as well as the cost you charge, the RV should have been in top shape and not what we received to cause us to think it is a money grab to get money for something that does not function properly.

Had a great trip. We rented for 8 days and it slept our family of 5 very comfortably. Trailer came with everything we needed and the host was very accommodating and nice.
