Rules of The Camper
To ensure you have a great trip and receive your security deposit back, please observe the following:
• No smoking allowed (No tobacco, vaping, or smoking of any kind) Evidence of any smoking will result in 100% forfeiture of the security deposit.
• No Pets allowed. Sorry, but due to individuals with allergies to pet dandruff we DO NOT allow pets.
• No Festivals.
• Minimum Rentals Age is 25
• The Awning will not be operational during your rental, however we have included a 10x10 Tent Canopy free of charge to setup and use during your stay. The awning is like a giant sail and wind will easily pick it up. Any damage caused to the awning and camper is not covered by insurance and can be thousands of dollars.
• Use only the provided RV toilet paper and use plenty of water when flushing. Putting anything else in the toilet or not using enough water will cause the system to become clogged.
• Please use cutting boards - the countertops scratch easily.
• Don’t allow the glass stove covers to become hot. Make sure the stove has cooled down after cooking before you close them. If they get hot, they will shatter the glass and it can be dangerous.
• Absolutely NO climbing on the roof. The roof is easily damaged. Any evidence of climbing on it will cause the forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
• Set the AC no lower than 68F. If it is extremely hot and the camper has no shade, it may be hard for the AC unit to keep the camper as cool as you would like. Setting the AC below 68F will not help the AC cool the camper and will cause the AC to freeze. If this happens, you must shut down the AC to let it thaw.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We have moderate flexibility for being available in our picking up and dropping off the travel trailer. We have full-time jobs and are full-time parents. We will try our best to adjust our schedules when flexibility is needed. You are required to be there for both pickup and drop-off of the travel trailer.

Do you only offer delivery?
A.
Yes, we only offer delivery as a rental option. We do not have an option to tow the trailer yourself to its final destination. We will deliver the trailer within 65 miles of Florence, KY.
