Great host and wonderful experience

Excellent host all around. The RV was great, we did not have any issues and everything worked as advertised.

Everything was great from the beginning. Amber’s let us come to check it out. It was my first time RV camping so I wanted to make sure it was big enough for a family 4. The day we picked it up, the pilot would not light up. We had it for the weekend from Friday to Sunday. We continues trying to light up the pilot However, she had a generator we could use because of the pilot issue. The whole point of me having this RV was because of convenience having a refrigerator and a freezer most importantly to store our food. I have no issue with the RV. Everything was fine for the fact that the refrigerator and the freezer didn’t work. I understand things happen. She offered to Venmo me to go get a cooler. I am on vacation now and the last thing I want do is stress off going to the store after packing everything and picking up a cooler going out of my way. I am already at the camp sign settled having the generator run from Friday and Saturday for 6 to 7 hours each day. It was not cold enough to keep food in their condensation was building up and I was unwilling to eat raw meats and get sick from the food. Amber reimburse me $50 for the food/cooler which I think doesn’t even cover the food that I had to throw away for the inconvenience. She could at least reimburse me $100. I’m a business owner myself things happen sometime you gotta bite the bullet and make sure that you do the right thing and I think 50 is just not enough when I bought raw meats and other things I had to discard. Other than that she was a good host answer my calls/questions when needed.
