***Awning use is allowed, but if it gets windy, retract it so it doesn't get damaged. Damages to the awning are the responsibility of the renter

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We will demonstrate using these features when you pick up or when we deliver. We also provide a detailed description in our Welcome binder in the RV. Additionally, we are available to be reached by phone at any time during your rental if you have questions or need any help.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This is a towable RV, so previous towing experience is helpful. We will demonstrate how to hook up the travel trailer to your tow vehicle and ensure you are comfortable towing it before leaving for your destination. All operable functions inside of the RV will be demonstrated before taking the RV. We also include instructions for all components in our Welcome binder.

How far will you deliver?
A.
We typically deliver within about a 50-mile radius or an hour's drive. We do occasionally make exceptions based on our availability and for an additional fee. Just ask!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are flexible on pickup and drop-off times as long as we know in advance and do not have a same-day turnaround. If we have a same-day rental later in the day of your return or the rig is being returned the same morning, we cannot offer you a late return or early pickup. Often we cannot give an answer until the day before pickup or return.
