2022 Coachmen Apex
This RV was purchased for its low VOC's (low off-gassing) and capacity to sleep many campers. It comes with all the standard features including a fridge, cooktop, stove, microwave, large TV, etc. I include an induction cooktop as any proper RV should have one. They work great! A solar panel comes standard and with the sun's help you can power the lights, fans, and fridge. The best part is the custom installed mini split AC. This will give you serious bragging rights for sure!
RVers know just how loud a standard rooftop RV AC is. This thing is whisper quiet. You can actually hear yourself think. If you don't have a hookup you can still power the AC (and the included induction cooktop) with a regular extension cord. This RV is so cozy and convenient, like a home away from home. You might even want to make it your home. The seems on the roof are taped with eternabond and painted over with white heat-reflecting silicone tape. This thing will never leak. The vents were replaced with special siphon covers that draw bad odors out, and I also replaced the standard bathroom fan with a larger more powerful fan. Good riddance! I am proud of the improvements and I love this RV but I am, in fact, making it available to purchase or rent to own to the right person.Qué incluyeI am including fresh linens, Otros detalles importantesThe condenser for the mini split is mounted where the propane tanks normally are situated. That means they don't have a secure place to be seated. When traveling the propane tanks need to be secured in your vehicle such that they are not tossed about. When you arrive to your destination they can be attached to serve their purpose. The propane is used for hot water and for indoor heating (if for some reason you do not use the mini split for heating).

Hello traveller,
I love the great outdoors and experiencing it from the convenience and comfort of an RV. If I can't experience a trip myself I am very happy to experience it vicariously through the renter of my travel trailer. To that effect, the renter can experience all the great things my rig has to offer that I myself love such as: a beautiful bright interior, bug proofing, factory standard solar power for the fridge and lights, and comfortable and QUIET custom installed minisplit AC and heater.
