• Rules of the Road — Our Winnebago Travel Trailer

We keep this trailer clean, well-maintained, and ready for your trip. These few house rules protect it for the next family and keep your deposit safe.
• The one non-negotiable: no smoking
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer, or within 15 feet of it. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and cannabis. Smoke odor soaks into soft goods and ceilings and cannot be aired out.

Please also keep candles, incense, and any open flame out of the trailer and out from under the awning.
If smoke odor or ash/burn evidence is found at return, a smoke remediation fee applies (ozone treatment plus upholstery and mattress cleaning), and any burn damage is billed at repair cost.
• Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance approval and the pet fee added to your booking.
Please crate pets if they're left in the trailer, keep them off beds and furniture, clean up outside, and brush out hair before return. Damage or lingering pet odor is billed to the deposit.
Unapproved pets are treated the same as an undisclosed smoking violation.
Who can tow and where you can go
Only drivers listed on the reservation may tow the trailer. Please confirm your tow vehicle's rating covers the trailer's loaded weight and hitch/ball setup before pickup.
Awning, roof, and exterior
The awning is the most commonly damaged part of any trailer. Roll it in any time you leave the site, overnight, and at the first sign of wind or storms. Don't hang or tie anything to it, and don't let kids play under or on it.
Nobody on the roof, for any reason.
Inside care
Please no shoes past the entry mat, and keep food sealed — insects are the fastest way to turn a small mess into real damage.
Use the RV-safe toilet paper we provide, and nothing but toilet paper and waste down the toilet. No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or grease down any drain.
