The unit has two air conditioners, a propane/electric water heater, and 80 gallon fresh water tanks. The bathroom has a nice 3 foot bathtub, a porcelain toilet, a residental sized sink, and additional exterior access. You will really appreciate the floor space in this unit.Additional note for those looking at the floor plan online: floor plan change- the exterior kitchenette was removed allowing more space in the bunkhouse.
