No Burning Man rentals. Other festivals require approval and will require a larger refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan to take to a festival.
No smoking or vaping. This will result in forfeiture of renter’s full security deposit
No rooftop access.
Do not tow anything behind the trailer. Motorhome towing with approval only.
Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit for camper returned excessively dirty. (Examples: dirt/mud on floors and/or furniture, pet hair on furniture, personal waste still in toilet, improperly washed dishes, items not put away in appropriate locations.)
Drop-offs after 3PM will incur a late charge of $20 per hour.
