Worst experience ever. RV booked 3 months before the planned trip. The day of pick up RV was not ready and in terrible conditions even though I had asked for reassurance days before the pickup. Finally we had to leave the RV there, loss a day of trip, find another vehicle, loss money for new accommodation, without having any real assistance. Assistance had changed idea 100 times how to manage my experience. To complete this wonderful experience we had to wait 14 days before the refund, that was neither a full refund. I could not recommend and wish this to anyone. nor the host, nor the platform.
