  • Weekly (7+ nights): 15% off nightly rate
  • Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
  • Security deposit: 425,00 € (refundable)
  • Prep fee: 38,25 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.
