Hello, I hope this beautiful toy hauler is exactly what you're needing for your upcoming trip.Pack it up and use it to bring anything and everything you need. Or keep it light, and have a spacious living quarters for your next trip. Has about 16 feet of cargo space, can hold 1 SxS, 2 ATV, or 4 + motorcycles if needed, has several floor mounts for straps.The trailer comes with all the modern technology one could want, leather chairs/ sofas, hardwood floors/ roll up carpet for easy cleaning. Also has indoor/outdoor speakers, automatic awning, ramp drop trailer gate, solar panels, TV/sat hookup, and so much more. The rig also has a medium sized fridge/freeze and full mini kitchen that has an oven, range, and microwave.There is one full size bed up front with its own window and privacy curtain. There are double full beds atop each other in the back with privacy curtains, the back has screen covers and netting to keep the back ramp open at night if desired. The couch also folds down into a bed once the long table is pulled up. Can sleep 8 comfortably.The bathroom has a sliding shower door and all the necessities, I am 6'2" and able to rinse off just fine. Has a 6gal water heater tank and 100gal freshwater tank. Black (sewer) and grey (shower sink water) tanks are cleaned professionally every few months. Best to do #2 outside the RV, Special toilet paper is required and supplied for in RV.RV has generator and solar power. Generator or power hookup is needed to run large items while the solar keeps all the little stuff running on the go. The rig is equipped with the artic package with allows it to have a heated undercarriage and extra insulation for winter camping.Qué incluyeAm interested in working with serious renters to make any accommodations work.RV will come with the basics. Tank refills charged after drop off and checked by Timber RV.On board Generator has been having issues but have another generator available for those in need of if during their rental.RecomendacionesI have towed this all the way to the Grand Canyon but do not use it as it should be.Great for a weekend getaway and very spacious when you do not need to bring too much stuff.
