3.0While communication and customer service through the host was great prior to pick up unfortunately we were charged a dump fee at the end of the trip because there was toilet paper stuck in the tank. We were only informed after our trip was over how the host wanted us to handle that (we didn’t know the toilet paper was stuck prior to drop off) and it was the third time this has happened to a renter the host stated at drop off. My husband and I found that a little upsetting we weren’t informed of this issue prior to our trip to avoid an unnecessary charge.

5.0Alfredo was so helpful when it came to all the questions we had before the trip! Set up was fast and explained all the buttons to work the trailer. Our trip was cut short due to being evacuated because of a fire, and they weren’t able so understanding about it all we stayed in contact through our being evacuated to be sure they were able to grab the trailer safely, they even offered to meet us to give us the things we forgot. Great people & great camper!
