4.0RV itself was great and owner was kind. However, wanted to charge us an unadvertised hundreds of dollars “festival fee” after we messaged him with the purpose of our trip (with an elementary aged child!). Ultimately he refunded the festival fee. Upon our return claimed “pet hair” was found in the RV and charged $90 pet fee. We have pets and their hair is alllll over our clothing, but who takes their pets to festivals??? Not us! Overall RV and owner are nice, but beware of random hidden fees!
